Are MLILY’s covers washable?
The majority of MLILY’s mattresses, pillows, toppers, and covers are all machine washable. Our covers have been manufactured for longevity, and can be easily removed via our zip on/off covers.

Caring for your Removable Cover:
● The products outer cover may be removed and warm machine wash - gentle cycle.
● NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover ENCLOSING THE FOAM.
● Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat.
● DO NOT dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring.
Do I need to rotate my MLILY mattress?
We recommend turning your MLILY mattress every three months to maintain optimum spring and foam shape. After the first year, rotate once every six months. This will allow the mattress to adjust to your body weight.
How does gel-infused foam work?
Gel particles in various forms (infusion, pads, etc.) work by drawing away heat from the body. Additionally, our foam products are designed with an open cell structure that allow for increased air flow through the mattress by drawing heat away from the sleeping surface. Allowing air to move through the product to the body without meeting a concentrated heat source.
How do I choose a mattress that’s right for me?
We all have different requirements from a mattress based on our body shape, height, weight, and individual preferences. The best advice we can give is to go to your local retailer and try a variety of MLILY mattresses. How do I choose the best pillow for me?
Everyone has their favourite sleeping position: Back, side and stomach sleepers and every position in between. MLILY have designed and developed a collection of pillows to help you find your perfect night’s sleep.
Back sleepers:
May want to consider a lower profile pillow supporting the neck, head and shoulders aiding in spinal alignment.
Side sleepers:
Should give thought to a higher profile pillow than a back sleeper to aid with spinal alignment, whilst also considering head and shoulder support.
Stomach sleepers:
Can be at a higher risk of neck strain and should consider a lower profile pillow with a higher density.

What is MLILY AirFoam™?
Underwhelmed by traditional memory foam in the market, MLILY has created its own state-of-the-art AirFoam™ that solves existing issues associated with traditional memory foam, but also adds an array of additional benefits to ensure a truly peaceful, restful and pressure-relieving sleep.
Non-temperature sensitive AirFoam™ maintains the same consistency in all temperatures and provides the same support all year round. It helps with heat build-up and provides a lower surface temperature to keep your mattress cool.
What is the importance of a cool sleeping environment?
There have been many studies that show the body’s natural instinct is to lower its temperature before sleep as a way to conserve energy. By sleeping in a cooler environment, you reinforce that natural instinct.
Additionally, the body rises in temperature as you get closer to waking. Keeping your environment cool reduces sleep disruptions and supports deeper rest.
What is the smell when I unpack the mattress?
As our products are packaged by our manufacturer, you may experience a "fresh foam/new car smell" odour. It is not harmful and should dissipate after several days once unpacked and aired out.

What is the weight limit on my mattress?
Our mattresses typically support 150kg per side. As a guide, a queen mattress can support 300kg total. For your specific mattress's limit, refer to your product manual or ask the retailer you purchased from.
What is the Zero Gravity (Zero G) position?
The Zero Gravity (Zero G) position gives the body a sense of weightlessness, decompressing the spine, relieving tension in the hips and pressure in the lower back. This is achieved by raising your head and knees slightly above your heart also creating a 120-degree angle between your torso and legs on an adjustable base.
It is worth noting this position will be slightly different for each person and can be adjusted and saved to the existing memory/preset positions i.e. Zero Gravity, AntiSnore, Memory etc. by holding the flat button and the desired save function i.e. Zero Gravity or Memory on an adjustable base.

Why does my remote interfere with my T.V. reception?
This may be caused by older wiring or cabling in your home.
Why do my sheets slip or do not fit my mattress?
Slipping sheets are often caused by the cooling fabric on our mattress covers. We suggest using a mattress protector or fitted straps. For our 30cm+ mattresses, we recommend deep-pocket style sheets.
