As our products are packaged by our manufacturer, you may experience a "fresh foam/new car smell" odour. It is not harmful and should dissipate after several days once unpacked and aired out.

The majority of MLILY’s mattresses, pillows, toppers, and covers are all machine washable. Our covers have been manufactured for longevity, and can be easily removed via our zip on/off covers.

Caring for your Removable Cover:

● The products outer cover may be removed and warm machine wash - gentle cycle.
● NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover ENCLOSING THE FOAM.
● Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat.
● DO NOT dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring.

We recommend turning your MLILY mattress every three months to maintain optimum spring and foam shape, after the first year, rotate once every six months. This will allow the mattress to adjust to your body weight.

Non-temperature sensitive AirFoam™ maintains the same consistency in all temperatures and provides the same support all year round. It helps with heat build-up and provides a lower surface temperature to keep your mattress cool.

Gel particles in various forms (infusion, pads, etc.) work by drawing away heat from the body. Additionally, our foam products are designed with an open cell structure that allow for increased air flow through the mattress by drawing heat away from the sleeping surface. Allowing air to move through the product to the body without meeting a concentrated heat source.
