a pillow.

Back Sleepers
May want to consider a lower profile pillow supporting the neck, head and shoulders aiding in spinal alignment.

Side Sleepers 
Should give thought to a higher profile pillow than a back sleeper to aid with spinal alignment, whilst also considering head and shoulder support.

Stomach Sleepers
Can be at a higher risk of neck strain and should consider a lower profile pillow with a higher density.

Majority of MLILY’s Mattresses, Pillow and Topper covers are all machine washable. Covers have been manufactured for longevity, and can be easily removed via our zip on/off covers.

Caring for your Removable Cover:

● The products outer cover may be removed and warm machine wash - gentle cycle.
● NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover ENCLOSING THE FOAM
● Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat.
● DO NOT dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring

There have been many studies that show the body’s natural instinct is to lower its temperature before sleep as a way to conserve energy. By sleeping in a cooler environment, you will reinforce that natural instinct.

Additionally, the body rises in temperature as you get closer to waking. By keeping the sleeping environment cooler you will increase the likelihood of improved quality of sleep throughout the night.
